Terms of Service
Version 3.7 — effective 14 October 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
MoverTrack is operated by MoverTrack, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States, at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 42337, Dover, DE 19904, USA ("MoverTrack", "we", "us", "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and MoverTrack, LLC. They cover your use of the MoverTrack mobile applications, the websites at movertrack.com and admin.movertrack.com, our WhatsApp Business messaging features, the customer tracking pages we generate for you, and any related services (together, the "Service").
You accept these Terms when you create an account, when you tick the box at checkout, or when you use the Service — whichever happens first. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Two further documents form part of this agreement and are incorporated by reference: our Privacy Policy and, where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains section 7 in more detail.
2. Who may use MoverTrack
The Service is built and sold for use by businesses. By accepting these Terms you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are using the Service for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, and not as a consumer;
- if you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that entity.
If mandatory law in your country nonetheless treats you as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes the rights that law gives you. See section 23.
3. Your account
Some accounts are created through WhatsApp, in which case you sign in with your phone number and can add a password later. Others are created directly. Either way:
- you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secret — including access to your phone and to your WhatsApp number — and for everything done through your account;
- you must give accurate information and keep it current — in particular, if you pay us, a working email address at checkout, which is where we send receipts, payment failures and notice of price changes;
- if your plan includes people — workers or partners who do jobs for you — each of them acts under your account and you remain responsible for what they do, including every message they send from your WhatsApp number. You decide which jobs and chats each of them sees, and whether they see your customers' phone numbers. If you move to a plan with room for fewer people, the others are paused, not deleted, until there is room for them again;
- one business, one account — you may not hold more than one account for the same business, and we may ask for reasonable proof that your business is real (for example its website, its registration or a recent job) before giving you a free plan, an offer or an invite reward, or while we check an account;
- tell us promptly at info@movertrack.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. What the Service does, and what it does not
MoverTrack provides software for scheduling jobs, creating orders, sharing live tracking pages with your customers, messaging through WhatsApp, managing a small team and, on plans that include it, turning your WhatsApp chats into suggested jobs.
We supply software only. We do not perform any of the services you offer your customers (such as moving, delivery, passenger transport, repairs or cleaning), we are not a party to any contract between you and your customers, and we do not guarantee that you will win work or that any customer will pay you. Everything you agree with your customers is between you and them.
Suggested jobs are only suggestions. When the Service reads a chat or a message to fill in a job for you, what it proposes can be wrong or incomplete. Nothing becomes a job until you have checked it and confirmed it, and making a suggestion never sends anything to your customer. You are responsible for what you confirm.
5. Plans, allowances and credits
What you get depends on the plan you are on. Among other things, a plan sets how many live links it includes each month, how many people can work with you, whether you can connect your own WhatsApp number, what MoverTrack keeps of your chats (section 10) and whether your chats can be turned into suggested jobs. Plans, their prices and their contents are shown in the app and at admin.movertrack.com before you buy.
- Allowances (for example a number of live links per month) reset at the start of each billing period. Unused allowance does not carry over. A plan bought as a single payment is the exception: its whole allowance is given at once (section 6).
- Credits — extra live links — are earned, for example by inviting another business, or given by us; they are not sold. They sit on top of your allowance, are only spent once the allowance is used up, and do not expire.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and are not refundable.
- Promotional entitlements — such as a free first month of a plan, free live links or a welcome gift — are limited in time or in number of uses, are not part of any paid plan, and end without notice when the stated limit is reached. Each business can receive each offer only once. An offer obtained by breaking these Terms, for example through a second account, may be withdrawn at any time together with anything it gave.
- Live links — each leg of a job that you start (for example to the pickup, then to the delivery) is one live link, with a live route and an arrival time on your tracking page from Start until you arrive. If you start the same leg again — for example after the app was closed during the drive — that is another live link. On a free plan, once its live links are used, or whenever you choose, your tracking is basic: your customers see your location only, without the route, the arrival time, or your business name and logo. Basic tracking is not counted as a live link.
- Free plans are provided as they are, may carry MoverTrack branding on your customer-facing pages, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
We may change what a plan includes. If a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Payment, renewal and price changes
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Prices are shown at checkout in the currency for your country, and taxes are shown or added as indicated there.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file at the start of each period.
- If a payment fails we will tell you by email and retry. If it has still not succeeded after the grace period stated in that email, your account reverts to the free plan.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before increasing the price of an existing subscription, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Editing our published price list does not change what you already pay.
- If you raise a chargeback instead of contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is resolved.
- Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Where we must charge VAT or sales tax we add it; where you must withhold tax, the amount payable to us is grossed up so we receive what the price says.
- If payment is overdue we may suspend the Service until it is paid, and we may charge interest on overdue amounts at the statutory rate.
- Some plans run for a fixed period — for example twelve months — and are charged every month across that period at a lower monthly price. The length and the price are shown before you buy and again on the checkout page. You are committed for the whole period.
- A fixed-term plan renews into another period of the same length unless you turn renewal off. You can turn renewal off at any time from admin.movertrack.com; it stops the next period and does not end the one you are in.
- Where your country cannot support a recurring payment, a plan may be sold as a single payment covering a set number of months. It does not renew and nothing further is charged. All of its live links are given at once — the plan's monthly number times the months — to use at any time until the period ends; live links not used by then end with it.
- Moving to a bigger plan takes effect at once: its extra live links are yours straight away, and you pay the difference between the two plans' prices for the current billing period, with no change to your renewal or end date. On a single-payment plan you pay the difference between the two plans' single-payment prices for the months still to run, the current month included, and receive the bigger plan's extra live links for those months. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal; on a fixed-term or single-payment plan, only once the period you committed to or paid for has ended.
7. Cancelling, refunds and changing your mind
If you are on a rolling monthly plan you can cancel at any time from admin.movertrack.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then, and we do not charge you again.
If you are on a fixed-term plan you have agreed to the whole period, and it cannot be cancelled part-way through. What you can do at any time is turn off renewal, which stops the plan continuing once that period ends. Where the EU Data Act gives you the right to switch to another provider, you may end a fixed-term plan on two months' notice in order to switch; the monthly payments still left in the period then become due as an early termination charge, because the lower monthly price was given in exchange for the whole period. Nothing here affects any statutory right described below.
We do not otherwise refund a period that has already begun, except where the law requires it or where we choose to as a gesture of goodwill. Doing so once does not oblige us to do so again.
Deleting your account in the app ends any plan at once, a fixed-term plan included: nothing further is charged, and the period already begun is not refunded.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to withdraw — the period is set by that law, commonly 14 days in the EU and the UK and different elsewhere — that right applies and nothing here removes it.
By purchasing, you expressly request that we begin providing the Service immediately, rather than waiting for any withdrawal period to end, and you acknowledge that: (a) once the Service has been fully performed you lose the right to withdraw; and (b) if you withdraw part-way through, you must pay a proportionate amount for what was supplied up to the moment you told us.
To withdraw or cancel, write to info@movertrack.com. You do not have to give a reason. Full detail is in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Inviting other businesses
You can invite other businesses to MoverTrack and earn something when they join and when they start paying. Taking part is optional, it is not part of any paid plan, and nothing in this section changes what you pay us.
- Who can earn — anyone with an active MoverTrack account, using their own invite link or code.
- Who counts — a business that is new to MoverTrack and has never had an account here. The first invite link they arrive through is the one that counts, it is fixed when they sign up, and a code cannot be added afterwards.
- What you earn — free live links once the business you invited gets going, and a one-time cash prize once it starts paying the full price for a plan. You earn once for each business, whether it pays monthly or yearly. The amounts are shown in the app; they depend on its plan and on your country. Cash prizes are only for businesses you invite that are based in the same country as you.
- When you can take the prize — we hold it for 45 days from its first full-price payment, because that is the period in which a payment can still be reversed. Until then the app shows it as on its way.
- How we pay you — by bank transfer, PayPal or a local payment app, in your own currency, to the details you give us in the app. There is no minimum: you can take a prize as soon as it is released. We send it within 7 working days of you asking. We may need a tax form from you before we can pay you the first time.
- If the business you invited cancels, you keep your prize. Whether it stays with us is not something you control, and we will not take back what you have already earned because of it.
- What does cancel a prize — a payment that is refunded or charged back. If we have already paid you for that prize, we deduct it from your next payment. We will never ask you to send money back to us for an honest invite; this promise does not cover a prize obtained by breaking the rules below.
- What you may not do — invite yourself on a second phone, number or account; create, buy or arrange accounts that are not real businesses; create fake jobs, customers or tracking links to earn a reward, or ask the business you invited to do so; send your invite link as spam — in bulk, to people who have not asked for it, or on coupon and deal sites; use bots or other automated tools; recommend MoverTrack in public — in a review, a post or a video — without saying that you are rewarded for inviting; or present yourself as MoverTrack or make promises on our behalf.
- We check before we reward — we review invites and may hold a reward while we do. A reward counts only when the business you invited is a real business that uses MoverTrack for its own work. We may ask you, or the business you invited, for reasonable proof.
- If the rules are broken — we may cancel the free live links, prizes and offers that came from it, including ones already given: free live links still unused are removed from your account, and a prize already paid is deducted from what we owe you next or, where it was obtained by fraud, recovered from you. We may also stop you taking part in this programme, limit what your account can do, or suspend or close the accounts involved. We decide in good faith on what we can reasonably see, and you can ask us at info@movertrack.com to look again.
- Free live links earned by inviting sit on top of your allowance like any other credit, but they are not bought, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or paid out as money.
- Tax is yours. What you earn here is your income, and declaring it where you live is your responsibility, not ours.
We may change the prizes, the free live links and the rules of this programme, and we may end the programme altogether. Changes apply to businesses you invite after we make them — anything you have already earned, you keep.
9. Your customers' data
When you put your customers' details into MoverTrack — names, addresses, phone numbers, notes, photographs — that data is yours and you decide what happens to it. In data protection terms you are the controller and we are your processor: we handle it to run the Service for you and for no purpose of our own. Information that has been anonymised and combined, so that it can no longer identify any person or business, is not your data in that sense, and we may use it to run, measure and improve the Service.
Our Data Processing Agreement sets out how, and forms part of these Terms.
You confirm that you have a lawful basis for the personal data you put into the Service, that you have given your customers whatever information your local law requires, and that you will respond to their requests about their own data. The same goes for the people who work with you: you tell them that their location is shared while they track a job, and you have whatever basis your local law requires for it. We will help you where we reasonably can.
10. Messaging through WhatsApp
Some plans let you send WhatsApp messages to your customers through MoverTrack. This runs on infrastructure provided by Meta and shared with our other customers, so the rules here are strict and we enforce them.
Connecting your own number. On plans that include it, you can connect your WhatsApp Business number to MoverTrack. WhatsApp then delivers the messages on that number to MoverTrack as well, and what MoverTrack keeps of them depends on the way of working you choose, within what your plan allows: private — only the details of each message, such as who sent it and when, never its words, photos or files — so that your automatic messages go out only while WhatsApp allows them; the chats of jobs you give your people — those details, plus the chats of the customers whose jobs you have given to someone working with you, from that moment, so that they can read them and answer from your number; all chats — every chat in full, from the moment you choose it. The messages MoverTrack sends for you automatically, such as your tracking link and reminders, keep their text whichever you choose. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
Moving to a way of working that keeps less — by your choice, or because your plan no longer includes the one you had — deletes MoverTrack's copy of what it no longer keeps of your customers' messages, and that copy cannot be brought back. The chats themselves stay in WhatsApp. If your plan no longer includes connecting a number, your number can stay connected, but MoverTrack sends nothing from it automatically.
When you use these features you must:
- have a lawful basis and, where required, a valid opt-in for every person you message — messaging people who have not agreed to hear from you is the single fastest way to lose access;
- honour any request to stop, immediately and permanently, whether it arrives through MoverTrack or by any other route;
- identify yourself honestly and never disguise who is sending;
- not use the Service for bulk unsolicited messaging, lists you bought or scraped, or anything WhatsApp's own policies forbid;
- comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, which apply to you directly.
We may suspend your messaging features immediately and without notice if, in our reasonable judgement, your use puts our WhatsApp access at risk. This is not a punishment — the same channel carries every other customer's messages and their sign-up, and we cannot let one account endanger all of them.
The same rules apply when you share your invite link. You send it from your own WhatsApp rather than through MoverTrack, but a complaint still reaches the number every other customer depends on. Share it with people and groups who would expect to hear from you — never as bulk messages to strangers, and never to lists you bought or scraped.
You are responsible for the content of every message you send and for any consequence of sending it.
11. Tracking pages
MoverTrack generates a public web page for each job you choose to share, reachable by anyone holding its link. That is what makes it usable — your customer does not need an account or a password.
It also means you decide who receives the link, and anyone they forward it to can see what it shows: your business name and branding, the job's addresses, and your vehicle's location while tracking is running. Tracking runs only while you start it and stops when you end the job. Do not share a link with anyone who should not see those details.
12. What you may not do
You may not:
- use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud or mislead anyone;
- copy, resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code, except where law expressly permits it;
- work around usage limits, quotas or payment, including by opening multiple accounts for one business;
- open a second account, or use another person's, to claim an invite prize, a free month or any other offer more than once;
- create fake or automated accounts, or fake jobs, customers or tracking links, to get free use, offers or rewards;
- share account credentials with people outside your business, or use one account to serve several businesses;
- scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the Service;
- upload malware, or interfere with or overload our systems;
- use the Service to build a competing product.
- publish benchmarks, performance data or comparative analyses of the Service without our written consent;
- use the Service, or let anyone use it on your behalf, to build, train or improve a competing product;
- remove, obscure or alter any MoverTrack branding the Service displays on a plan that includes it.
13. Services we rely on
The Service depends on third parties including Meta (WhatsApp), Google (maps, routing and address lookup), Stripe (payments) and our hosting and messaging providers. Your use of features built on them is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or decisions. A current list is in our Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual property
We own the Service — the software, designs, text, logos and everything else we provide — and nothing here transfers that to you. While your account is in good standing we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own business.
You keep everything you upload: your logo, your photographs, your customer records, your content. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process, transmit and display it in order to run the Service for you, and that licence ends when the content is deleted.
If you send us feedback or suggestions we may use them freely and without owing you anything.
15. Availability
We work to keep the Service running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service level guarantee unless we have agreed one with you in writing. We may take the Service down for maintenance, and will try to do so at quiet times.
Features labelled beta or preview may change or be withdrawn without notice.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
We may suspend, limit or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if you do not pay, if your use puts our WhatsApp or payment access at risk, if we reasonably believe the account is fake or is being used to abuse free plans, offers or the invite programme, or if the law requires it. Except where the risk is immediate or we suspect fraud, we will tell you first and give you a fair chance to put it right.
When an account ends, your right to use the Service ends with it. If you delete it yourself in the app, your data is erased at once, as described in our Privacy Policy; there is nothing left to export afterwards. If it ends any other way, you may ask us to export your data within 30 days, after which we delete or anonymise it. An export contains your account details, your jobs and their addresses, your customer records, your photographs and files, and the chats MoverTrack keeps for you; it does not contain our software, our designs, or the records we must keep for security and tax. Any fee already paid for a period that has begun is not refunded where we terminated for your breach.
Tracking links stop working when the account ends. They are generated by the Service, so they depend on it; we have no obligation to keep any page, link or history reachable afterwards. Tell your customers before you close the account.
We may also remove or disable any content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or the law, and will tell you when we do and why, unless we are prohibited from saying so. Anyone can report content they believe is illegal, and you can contest a decision we made about your content, by writing to info@movertrack.com — a person reads every report and every complaint, in English or in any language the Service is offered in.
17. Disclaimers
Except where law says otherwise, the Service is provided as is and as available, and we disclaim all implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In particular: live tracking depends on your device's GPS, your mobile network and third-party map data. Locations, distances and arrival times are estimates and may be wrong. Do not rely on them where being wrong would be dangerous or costly, and always follow road law and your own judgement when driving.
18. Limits on our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, wasted expenditure, business interruption, the cost of substitute services, or lost or corrupted data, however caused and even if we were told the loss was possible;
- our total aggregate liability for all claims arising in any twelve-month period — under these Terms, the Data Processing Agreement, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the first such claim arose;
- if you have paid us nothing in that period, our total aggregate liability is limited to USD 100;
- we are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (see the next section), nor for anything arising from your own breach, your instructions, or content you supplied.
You must bring any claim within twelve months of the date you first knew, or reasonably should have known, of the facts giving rise to it. After that the claim is barred, to the fullest extent the law allows.
These limits reflect the price of the Service. Without them we could not offer it at this price, and you accept that allocation of risk.
19. Events outside our control
Neither of us is liable for failing to perform because of something outside our reasonable control — including outages or changes at Meta, Google, Stripe, Apple or our hosting and messaging providers, loss of access to the WhatsApp Business Platform, internet or network failure, acts of government, war, civil unrest, epidemic, strike, fire or natural disaster.
Payment obligations are not excused by this section. If the event lasts more than 60 days, either of us may terminate the affected part of the Service and you are refunded any fees paid for the unused remainder of the period.
20. Your indemnity to us
You will defend and indemnify MoverTrack, LLC against claims, losses, fines and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, from content you upload or messages you send, from your use of the WhatsApp features, and from claims by your customers or by any authority relating to personal data you put into the Service.
We will tell you about the claim without undue delay, let you control the defence with counsel of your choosing, and give you reasonable cooperation at your cost. You may not settle anything that admits fault on our part, imposes any obligation on us, or fails to release us unconditionally, without our written consent. We may take part in the defence with our own counsel at our own cost.
21. Changes to the Service
We develop this product continuously. We may add, change, or remove features, and may discontinue the Service or any part of it.
Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and you may cancel before it takes effect, with a refund of fees already paid for the unused remainder of the period. That refund is your sole remedy.
Free plans, beta features and promotional entitlements may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Minor changes take effect when published, with a new version number and date at the top of this page.
For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. If you do not accept them, cancel before they take effect; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.
We record which version of these Terms you accepted and when.
23. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
This does not take away protections you cannot be deprived of. If you are a consumer, or if mandatory law in your country of residence gives you rights or a right to sue locally, that law continues to apply and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Before starting any formal dispute, please write to info@movertrack.com. Most things are faster to fix that way.
24. If you are in the United States: arbitration and class action waiver
This section applies only if you are resident or established in the United States. It does not apply to customers elsewhere, whose position is governed by the previous section.
You and MoverTrack, LLC agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Delaware, rather than in court — except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorised access.
You and we each waive any right to a jury trial, and any right to bring or participate in a class, collective or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this waiver is held unenforceable, this entire section does not apply and the dispute goes to the courts named in the previous section.
You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing info@movertrack.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, saying so. Opting out does not affect anything else in these Terms.
25. Sanctions and export control
You confirm that you are not located in, resident in, or acting on behalf of anyone in a country subject to comprehensive US, EU or UK sanctions, and that you are not named on any applicable restricted-party list. You will not make the Service available to anyone who is.
We may suspend or terminate immediately, without liability, if we reasonably believe this section has been breached or that continuing would put us in breach of sanctions or export control law.
26. General
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. You confirm that you are not relying on any statement, promise or representation that is not written in them — nothing said in a demo, a message or a sales conversation forms part of this agreement. This does not limit liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If any provision is held unenforceable, it is modified to the least extent needed to make it enforceable and the rest continues in force. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not lose it. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms, except Apple as section 29 says. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Notices to you go to the email address you gave us at checkout or on your account, or reach you in the app or on WhatsApp, and are treated as received the next business day; notices to us go to info@movertrack.com.
These Terms and the documents they refer to are written in English and translated into other languages. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text prevails, unless the law requires otherwise.
27. What survives
Ending this agreement does not end the sections that are meant to outlast it. Those are: your customers' data and the Data Processing Agreement, intellectual property, disclaimers, limits on our liability, your indemnity, sanctions and export control, governing law and disputes, and this section — together with any obligation to pay amounts already due.
28. Custom domains
Some plans include a custom domain. When you choose a name, MoverTrack registers it with a domain registrar in MoverTrack's name and at MoverTrack's cost, and connects it to your tracking pages. We register it after your first payment for a plan that includes it — an introductory price, or a first month paid in advance while a free period is still running, counts; a free period on its own does not include a domain. One domain per account; .com names only; higher-priced names are excluded.
MoverTrack is the registrant and holder of the domain name. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to have your tracking pages served on it for as long as your subscription includes the feature. We do not transfer domain names to you or to another registrar, and registrations are not refundable.
If your subscription ends or no longer includes the feature, the domain stops serving your pages and your links use movertrack.com again. We may let the registration lapse at its expiry date. Renewals are made while the feature is active and at our discretion.
You must not choose a name that infringes a trademark or the rights of others, or that is misleading or unlawful. We may refuse, suspend or release such a name at any time.
Instead of a domain we register, you can connect a domain you already own, at an address such as go.yourname.com, by adding the one DNS record we show you. This is available during a free period and on plans that include a custom domain. You remain the owner of your domain and keep full control of it: we never register, renew or transfer it, never change its other records, and serve your pages only on the address that record points to us. Removing the record disconnects it. If your plan no longer includes the feature, that address keeps showing your business card (your name, logo and a button to contact you) and opens the tracking links you already sent; new links use movertrack.com. You confirm that you have the right to use that domain; the rules on names in the paragraph above apply to it too.
29. Apps from the App Store and Google Play
If you got the MoverTrack app from Apple's App Store or from Google Play, these Terms are between you and MoverTrack, LLC only — not Apple or Google. On an Apple device you may use the app on any Apple-branded product you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow.
We alone — not Apple or Google — are responsible for the app and its content, for its maintenance and support, and for dealing with any claim about it: that it does not work as it should, that it does not meet a legal or consumer rule, or that it infringes someone else's rights. If the app fails a warranty the law gives you, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the price you paid for the app, which is none, because the app is free to download; Apple has no other warranty obligation for it.
When you use the app you must also follow the terms of the store you got it from and of your mobile network, and section 25 applies.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they apply to the app from the App Store: once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.
